It is 60.000m2 and constructed only in 9 Months. The building has been constructed as steel structure with highest luxury, highest electrical and mechanical technology. The design of the project has been awarded as Best Architectural Conference Hall&nbsp;Design at 2010 in Dubai. The Client is System Construction and Ersa has been the Contractor of the project. It has been commissioned by Ghaddafi&nbsp;before the Libyan Civil War has started. The building has hosted all African Leaders for African Summit 2010.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-element
